IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Manufacturing Operative / Production Operative to join a busy foundry team in Chard.

Key Duties*Work in a foundry environment.
*Mould and finish (fettle) metal castings.
*Carry out general lifting and manual handling.
*Support production and maintain health and safety standards.
Requirements*Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
*Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
What We Offer*Starting rate of £12.71 per hour.
*Weekly pay.
*Monday to Thursday working pattern, 6:45 am - 5 pm.
*No weekend working.
*Overtime available.
*28 days’ holiday, including bank holidays.
