A values-driven housing organisation delivering large-scale planned works programmes, including energy efficiency and sustainable housing improvements


Description


*Manage planned works programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, roofing etc.)
*Oversee project delivery and contractor performance
*Prepare specifications, works orders, and estimates
*Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant
*Support decarbonisation and energy efficiency initiatives
*Maintain resident communication throughout project delivery


Profile


*Experience delivering planned works in housing
*Strong project management and contractor oversight experience
*Understanding of compliance and H&S requirements
*Commercial awareness and budget control
*Strong stakeholder engagement skill
