Client Details
I am working in partnership with a well-established housing organisation operating at scale, committed to regulatory compliance and resident safety, with strong investment in asset management and compliance functions.
Description
*Manage asbestos inspection and re-inspection programmes
*Oversee contractors delivering asbestos surveys and remediation
*Maintain and analyse asbestos data for compliance
*Provide technical advice to internal stakeholders
*Ensure compliance with statutory health & safety requirements
*Support wider compliance and asset management functions
Profile
*P402 / P405 qualifications (highly desirable)
*Experience managing asbestos programmes in housing or property
*Strong data management and compliance knowledge
*Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Job Offer
*35-hour working week supporting strong work-life balance
