We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a busy and supportive finance team in Bromborough. This role has a strong focus on sales ledger invoicing.
· Onsite parking, 1 day working from home, ASAP Start.
Key Responsibilities:
*High volume invoicing of Service and Installation Jobs, including sending to customer and uploading to various customer portals as required. (1000+ per month)
*Payment applications and Consolidating Invoices
*Retention checks and Invoicing
*Month end invoicing checks and reconciliation
*Invoice queries via email and telephone
About You
· Experience in a finance or accounts role
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Confident with numbers and financial systems
· Good communication and customer service skills
