Due to continued growth, they are keen to appoint an experienced an IT Support Team Leader to be based out of the Birmingham offices on a hybrid basis.
IT Support Team Leader: Duties
*Provide line management & leadership to the support team
*Provide hands on technical support
*Smooth operation of internal IT systems
*Support internal and external stakeholders
*Develop teams’ capability and line management
*Resolve service requests and incidents
*Onsite and remote support
*Manage IT support ticket systems
*Manage technical licenses and work with vendors
*Install/Update applications
*Setup / Manage existing user accounts - permissions, passwords
IT Support Team Leader: Experience
*Line management of a technical team
*Budget management / cost reporting
*Experience of managing through an ITSM system / managing services
*Technical project management experience
*Cyber security tools - EDR, anti-virus, vulnerability management, scripting
*Support of office applications: O365, Teams, Email, Mobile
*Firewall Config. - Palo Alto devices
*Network Protocols - VPNs, Lans DNs, DHCP, Wireless
*Managing accounts: Active Directory, Entra ID
*IT Hardware experience: Desktop, Laptops, iOS, Android
