Job Description:
Full job descriptionMy client is a HNW practice near Alderley Edge. They are looking for an experienced IFA Adminisatrator to join their team.
The Role
*To deal with day-to-day administration involved in servicing clients and writing new business
*In this role you will work closely with a Financial Planner and Associate Financial Planner to service a defined client bank
*Ensure that all company processes are adhered to
*Ensure that all communications are recorded and indexed
*Ensure immaculate and up-to-date records on the back-office system (Curo)
*Manage and maintain a task list within Curo and Outlook
*New business processing, completing forms and submitting to financial product providers
*Producing valuations
*Production of annual planning meeting preparation packs
*General administration and processing
Knowledge& Experience
*Previous experience suppiorting Financial Advisors
*Ability to demonstrate ownership & independence in previous roles
*Ability to manage own workload and prioritise work effectively
*Experience of Curo and SharePoint desirable
*Experience of dealing with demanding clients
*Administration experience
*Experience of dealing with various providers desirable
