We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the sport and education sector for an Operations Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering a programme of training courses and professional development opportunities across your designated region.
Working closely with tutors, venues, customers and internal colleagues, you’ll ensure training programmes are delivered efficiently, remain financially viable and provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines operational planning, stakeholder management, customer service and problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys juggling priorities and building strong working relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Planning and coordinating a programme of training courses and professional development events.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve key performance targets.
*Monitoring course budgets and financial viability.
*Coordinating tutors, venues and learning resources to ensure successful delivery.
*Providing outstanding customer service to learners, tutors and training partners.
*Supporting the promotion of training opportunities to maximise attendance.
*Resolving operational issues quickly and effectively to ensure courses run smoothly.
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently.
About You
You’ll be a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making things happen behind the scenes.
You’ll bring:
*Excellent organisational and planning skills.
*Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
*Previous coordination experience
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using business systems.
*Experience of working towards targets or key performance indicators.
*A positive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience within a training, education or learning environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of course administration, booking systems or service level agreements.
