Full job descriptionFreelance Site Manager - Education Refurbishment | Nottingham
One of my clients is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an education refurbishment project based in Nottingham.
This is a 6-week contract starting on 24th July, overseeing refurbishment works within a live education environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring the highest standards of health & safety and quality are achieved.
Requirements:
*SMSTS
*CSCS Card
*First Aid at Work
*Fire Marshal Certificate
*Enhanced DBS issued within the last 2 years
*Previous experience delivering education refurbishment projects
*Strong organisational and communication skills
Additional Information:
*Start Date: 24th July
*Duration: 6 weeks
*Location: Nottingham
*Some weekend working may be required to meet programme demands.
*Candidates must have no pre-booked holidays during the contract due to the short programme.
