Inspire Resourcing Ltd are proud to be supporting a long-established and respected organisation in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping plant equipment running smoothly, safely and efficiently. If you enjoy problem-solving, variety and working in a team that genuinely cares about continuous improvement, this role will suit you perfectly.
The Role:
*Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site equipment
*Responding to breakdowns with a proactive, root-cause mindset
*Completing repairs on plant machinery and electrical systems
*Supporting Lean initiatives and improvement projects
*Helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site
*Maintaining a strong, positive approach to Health & Safety at all times
Ideal Candidate:
*Background in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Maintenance
*Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
*Experience maintaining overhead cranes (advantageous)
*FLT or Overhead Crane licence (bonus)
*Knowledge of Siemens controls is highly desirable
