What You’ll Be Doing
*Registering applicants and matching them to the right property
*Conducting viewings and letting properties
*Negotiating and closing deals (with support from Managers initially)
*Listing properties
*Liaising with clients, landlords, and tenants
*Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
What We’re Looking For
*At least one year’s experience in lettings or sales
*Customer-focused with a positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Sharp organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confidence working solo and as part of a team
*Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Full UK driving licence and own car required
