Salary: £40,000 basic (DOE)
OTE: £60,000 – £70,000
Bonus: Override on renewals and new business
Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9:30am – 5:30pm
Friday: 9:30am – 4:30pm
No weekend working
Lettings ManagerAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a highly regarded multi-branch independent estate agency operating across the Prime Central London lettings market.
This Lettings Manager role offers strong earning potential, a performance-based override structure on renewals and new business, and genuine work-life balance with no weekend working.
The successful Lettings Manager will be joining an established and well-respected agency with a strong Central London presence, managing a high-quality portfolio while driving lettings performance, valuations, and business growth across the department.

The RoleAs Lettings Manager, you will take ownership of the lettings department, driving performance, instructions, and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing and growing a residential lettings portfolio
*Conducting valuations and securing new instructions
*Driving new business and renewal performance
*Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction to move-in
*Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
*Supporting and developing experienced lettings staff
*Ensuring consistent high levels of service and compliance
*Driving departmental targets and overall performance
*Identifying and converting business opportunities
RequirementsTo be successful in this Lettings Manager role, you will have:
*Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Valuer
*Strong valuation and instruction-winning experience (essential)
*Commercial mindset with a strong track record of performance
*Confident leadership and team management ability
*Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
