Duties for Sales and Customer Service Manager


*Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and customer service teams to achieve individual and company targets.
*Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, coaching, and customer engagement strategies.
*Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints.
*Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and service quality.
*Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
*Analyse sales and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
*Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
*Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
*Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
*Prepare regular performance reports.
