Role and Responsibilities – Contract Recruitment Consultant:


• Build and manage your own client base within the technical and engineering sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Identify and attract top talent in the market, ensuring a high level of candidate care.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
• Achieve and exceed weekly performance targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with your team to share insights and strategies for success.
• Engage in business development activities to expand your market presence.
• Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates, ensuring a professional service.

• 12–24 months of experience in fast-paced temp recruitment or high-activity sales.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and recruitment campaigns.
