We’re recruiting for an exciting Commercial Finance Manager opportunity with a well-established business based in Milton Keynes. This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insight that helps shape commercial decisions and drive business performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships across the business, challenging where appropriate and adding genuine value beyond the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
*Partner with operational and commercial teams to support business performance.
*Produce insightful financial analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
*Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities.
*Deliver meaningful KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
*Provide financial challenge and commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders.
*Investigate performance variances and support decision-making through robust analysis.
*Work collaboratively across finance and the wider business to improve processes and reporting.
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance commercial performance.
About You
You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
You’ll ideally have experience of:
*Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
*Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
*Commercial analysis and performance reporting.
*Presenting financial information to influence decision making.
*Using Excel and finance systems to analyse and interpret data.
Most importantly, you’ll enjoy working with people, asking the right questions and helping the business make informed commercial decisions.
