We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant / Directorate Support Manager to provide professional administrative, organisational, and operational support to senior leadership within a busy and fast-paced environment. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or executive assistant who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering a high-quality service.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leaders, including managing complex diaries, prioritising appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
*Prepare meeting materials, circulate agendas and supporting papers, and ensure actions are tracked and completed.
*Arrange travel, accommodation, and visa requirements in line with company policies.
*Organise and coordinate leadership meetings and wider directorate forums, producing accurate agendas, minutes, and action logs.
*Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing colleagues.
*Coordinate internal communications, newsletters, and engagement activities.
*Maintain SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration sites to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
*Track directorate actions, mandatory training completion, and compliance activities.
*Assist with complaints management and the monitoring of service-related processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, or similar support role.
*Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
*Experience arranging complex meetings, travel, and logistics.
*Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage processes accurately.
Desirable Experience:
*Experience working within a large, complex, educational, publishing, public sector, or regulated organisation.
*Experience maintaining SharePoint sites and collaborative digital workspaces.
*Experience supporting governance, compliance, or business operations activities.
