Job Title: Chef / Hospitality Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Birmingham and surrounding areas
Salary: £31,600 - £34,300 - salary dependent on qualifications
Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + much more!
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Full training and support will be given to Trainee candidates to achieve the Level 3 Teaching qualification.
Essential Criteria:*Hold a Level 2 Hospitality / Pro Cookery qualification, or above.
*Must have worked at Commis Chef level.
*Must have experience of fresh food preparation.
*Experience of managing BOH staff, ideally up to Head Chef/Kitchen Manager level.
*Must have experience of working Front of House, with demonstrable progression from Team Member, through to Supervisor, through to General Manager.
*Must be IT literate.
*Must be confident to support learners Maths and English Functional Skills.
*Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
*Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:*Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality (Front and Back of House specialisms).
*Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/face-to-face delivery).
*Delivering Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2.
*Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
*Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
*Support, advise and motivate learners.
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
*Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
