Full job descriptionOur client is one of the UK’s leading corporate events agencies, creating exceptional experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant & Office Manager to become a key member of the team.
This is a varied, fast-paced role combining Executive Assistant responsibilities with office management and operational support. You’ll work closely with one of the CEOs, helping manage business and personal commitments while ensuring the office runs efficiently and providing support to the wider team.

The Role
No two days are the same. You’ll become the CEOs trusted right-hand person whilst also playing a key role in supporting the wider business.
Executive & Personal Assistant Duties
*Complex diary management
*Managing business and personal appointments
*Booking and managing UK and international travel, including flights, hotels, restaurants and itineraries
*Email management and correspondence
*Personal administration and ad-hoc tasks
*Preparing documents, presentations and meeting agendas
*Managing reminders, follow-ups and action lists
*Liaising with clients, suppliers and business contacts
*Supporting with confidential and sensitive matters
Office Management
*Creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors
*Ensuring the office is organised, well-stocked and running efficiently
*Ordering office supplies, stationery, refreshments and equipment
*Coordinating deliveries and supplier relationships
*Helping organise internal meetings and staff events
Business Support
*Assisting with day-to-day business administration
*Supporting project coordination across the team
*Assisting with invoice processing and finance administration
*Helping maintain our CRM system (HubSpot)
*Supporting the senior team with ad-hoc projects
*Helping improve internal systems and processes




Essential Requirements
You’ll be someone who:
*Has previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Manager
*Has experience managing complex diaries and travel arrangements
*Is exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
*Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities with excellent time management skills
*Is proactive, resourceful and enjoys solving problems
*Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Is confident and comfortable building relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
*Is trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion
*Enjoys working as part of a team and is always willing to help
*Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
*Takes pride in keeping things organised and improving the way things are done
*Is happy to be in the office full-time, Monday to Friday


Please Note
This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the position and the level of collaboration required, regular attendance in the office is essential.
