What You’ll Be Doing*Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
*Assisting teachers with engaging and inclusive lessons
*Helping children develop confidence, social skills, and independence
*Providing additional support to pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
*Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
*Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Who We’re Looking ForWe’d love to hear from graduates who are:
*Passionate about working with children and young people
*Considering a future in teaching, Educational Psychology, or education-based careers
*Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic
*Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
*Proactive, positive, and eager to learn
Degree backgrounds such as Psychology, Education, Sociology, Childhood Studies (or similar) are particularly relevant - but not essential.
