Salary: £35-40,000
I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected architectural practice to recruit a talented Architect for their growing team in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative studio delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, education, and public sectors. The practice is recognised for its creative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to producing high-quality, sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities for the Architect:
*Lead the design and technical delivery of projects across a variety of sectors
*Produce high-quality design proposals, planning submissions, and technical drawing packages
*Manage projects throughout the RIBA Plan of Work, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
*Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
*Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction documentation
*Coordinate project teams and contribute to successful project delivery
*Assist with mentoring junior members of the architectural team where required
About You:
*ARB registered Architect with experience working within a UK architectural practice
*Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
*Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
*Experience managing projects through multiple RIBA stages
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
*Passionate about delivering innovative, high-quality architecture
