Package: Low fixed retainer or day rate + strong commission/success fee structure — flexible and negotiable- Self Employed Initially

I’m working with a well-established, confidential property business who are launching an exciting new venture — and looking for an entrepreneurial, well-connected Business Development professional to help shape it from day one.
This isn’t your standard BD role. It’s a chance to build something new, with real ownership over strategy, direction, and results — and if it takes off (which the business firmly believes it will), you’ll be first in line to lead it long-term, with a team built around you.

Who You’ll Be Talking To
Developers with unsold completed stock, investors buying bulk residential portfolios, and other owners of vacant or underperforming residential assets — including funds, family offices, landlords, lenders, and asset managers.
What You’ll Bring
*Strong, established relationships with residential developers and direct access to decision-makers
*A valuable network of introducers — investment agents, development finance lenders, insolvency advisers, valuers, brokers, and more
*A track record of originating new business in residential property
*Solid understanding of development finance, new homes, bulk sales, or distressed stock
*The confidence to pitch senior stakeholders and shape an evolving proposition
*Sharp commercial instincts — you’ll help define what works, not just deliver a script
