Start date: ASAP | Hours: Mon – Thu, 9am – 6pm | Fri, 9am – 5.30pm | Every other Sat, 9.30am – 1pm

What You’ll Be Doing
*Conducting viewings and letting/selling properties
*Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
*Providing applicants and landlords/vendors with regular feedback
*Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business
*Negotiating and closing deals
*Listing properties and liaising with clients
What We’re Looking For
*At least 2 years’ experience as a negotiator (essential)
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
*Strong customer focus with a desire to meet and exceed targets
*Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
*High accuracy and attention to detail
*Confidence working solo and as part of a team
*Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
*No car required for this role
