Key Responsibilities
*Provide high quality administrative support to fee earners, including diary and inbox management, gatekeeping, and meeting coordination.
*Prepare, format, amend, and proofread legal documents, presentations, and correspondence.
*Manage billing, expenses, time recording, and new client/matter administration.
*Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries.
*Maintain client records, contacts, and business development information within the firm’s CRM system.
*Assist with document management, filing, printing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
*Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, delivering a high standard of service.
*Support wider team projects and provide additional assistance where required.
About you:
*Previous experience as a Legal PA/ EA in a law firm.
*Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
*Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
*Flexible to meet the needs of the business.
*Comfortable working in the office 4 days a week minimum.
