Job Description:
Full job descriptionAre you an organised, proactive individual looking for a flexible part-time role? We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our friendly team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and wants a role that fits around school hours. Full training will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Processing, despatching, and invoicing customer orders
*Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
*Liaising with the production team on customer requirements and raw materials
*Managing purchasing tasks, including processing and tracking orders
*Handling customer, supplier, and carrier queries (phone/email)
*Booking transport and despatches using carrier systems
*Assisting with stock takes and general inventory management
What We’re Looking For
*Confident using Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
*Experience with Sage 50 and Sage 200 (CIM50/CIM200 manufacturing experience preferred).
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Accuracy, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude
*Willingness to learn – training will be provided
