Full job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Solutions Architecture professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide technology solutions that support the organisation’s digital transformation strategy. This role is responsible for defining solution architecture, establishing technology standards, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across a Microsoft-first technology estate.




Required Skills & ExperienceEssential*5-10 years’ experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar senior architecture role.
*Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale Microsoft technology solutions.
*Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
*Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
*Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
*Strong understanding of Azure Integration Services.
*Experience designing API-led, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
*Hands-on software development background with enterprise integration experience.
*Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and DevOps practices.
*Excellent understanding of cloud security, identity management, governance, compliance, and privacy principles.
*Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
*Experience managing architecture within multi-vendor delivery environments.
*Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development practices.
Desirable*Experience leading enterprise application modernisation programmes.
*Experience delivering legacy system decommissioning initiatives.
*Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
*Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 certifications.
*Experience within membership organisations, professional bodies, or highly regulated environments.
