Role Summary
Female Complex Carer required to support a gentleman with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) with limited mobility. The client is fully verbal and requires hands-on, clinically informed care with specialised equipment and support.
Clinical & Care Responsibilities (Clinical Needs)
The role includes supporting with:
*NIV (Non-Invasive Ventilation)
*PEG care (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy)
*Cough assist
*Medication administration
*Catheter care
*MPS
*BLS
Experience Requirements
*Minimum 12 months of UK care experience
*No sponsorship required / no sponsorship available
Shift Pattern
*Monday – Sunday
*Days: 9am – 9pm
*Waking nights: 9pm – 9am
Training & Induction
*Mandatory clinical training with the company nurse
*Shadow shifts required this week prior to independent shifts
Key Skills & Attributes
*Confidence with complex care and clinical support
*Ability to follow care plans and NIV/PEG/cough assist procedures as trained
*Clear communication with a fully verbal client
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work across 7 days
