IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a national client for their hub operation based in Crewe.
This role involves delivering goods from the client’s hub to various destinations using a lorry-mounted HIAB with brick grab deliveries. Drivers can expect between 1 and 4 drops per shift within a 30-mile radius of the depot, supporting operations across Cheshire. IF you do not have a HIAB ticket, training can be offered for the right person(s)
Key Duties*Deliver goods from the Crewe hub to customer locations using a HIAB-equipped Class 2 vehicle.
*Complete 1-4 deliveries per shift within Cheshire
*Operate HIAB equipment safely for Grab deliveries.
*Ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently and in line with company procedures.
*Follow all road safety regulations and site safety requirements.
Requirements*Valid HGV Class 2 (Category CE) licence.
*Valid HIAB certification preferred.
*Previous HIAB driving experience preferred.
*Good understanding of safe driving and lifting practices.
*Reliable, professional approach with strong time management skills.
Pay & Hours*£18.00 per hour PAYE.
*£21.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE.
*Minimum 8 hours’ pay guaranteed daily.
*Monday to Friday working - no weekends.
