Main Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative Roles*Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods in the warehouse
*Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
*Ensuring all stock is handled safely and efficiently
*Operating warehouse equipment (following training)
*Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
*Completing documentation accurately and timely as required
*Complying with company health and safety policies at all times
Warehouse Operative Skills and Experience Required*Previous warehouse, logistics, or similar experience is desirable but not essential
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
*Ability to undertake manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods
*Basic IT skills are an advantage
