Full job descriptionI’m keen to connect with Senior Contentious Probate Solicitors (8+ PQE) That is looking for a role offering exceptional quality work alongside genuine flexibility and autonomy.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded national firm where you’ll handle complex, high-value contentious probate matters while working in a way that suits you.
This is a nationally recognised firm with an excellent reputation for contentious wills, trusts and estates work.
The team is known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture and client-focused approach, acting on a broad range of complex and high-value disputes.
What truly sets the firm apart is its approach to flexible working. You’re trusted to work where you’re most productive, whether that’s from home, the office or elsewhere, with the freedom to structure your working day around your commitments rather than sticking to rigid hours. The focus is on delivering outstanding work, not where or when you do it.
You’ll manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including:
*Will and inheritance disputes
*Inheritance Act claims
*Trust and estate disputes
*Capacity and validity challenges
*Executor and trustee disputes
As a senior member of the team, you’ll also mentor junior lawyers, build client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
*8+ years’ PQE with extensive contentious probate experience
*Strong technical expertise and confidence managing complex matters independently
*Excellent client relationship and business development skills
*A collaborative approach with an interest in mentoring others
*Looking for a role that offers genuine flexibility without compromising on the quality of work
