Paint Plant Team Leader Job Description*Lead the Paint Plant team to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.


*Ensure manufacturing processes, work instructions and 5S standards are consistently followed.


*Monitor production performance, equipment, stock transactions and production documentation.


*Drive continuous improvement through problem solving, root cause analysis and process optimisation.


*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards across the department.




Paint Plant Team Leader Essential Experience, Skills & Qualifications*Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.


*NVQ Level 2, BTEC or equivalent qualification, with willingness to work towards a recognised supervisory qualification.


*Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.


*Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies, quality systems and manufacturing KPIs.


*Excellent IT, analytical and problem-solving skills with a flexible and proactive approach.
