What’s involved in this Deputy Restaurant Management role?


*To be responsible for the smooth running of all restaurant services through close liaison with the Head Chef, Assistant Manager and service team.
*To develop a well-structured team of food and wine service motivated to deliver the highest levels of service and guests care and exceed expectations at all times.
What’s required?


*Minimum 2 Rosette Restaurant management experience is essential
*5* Hotel Experience
*Food & Wine knowledge
