Full job descriptionOur client, an established provider of motor finance credit broking services, is seeking to hire a Vehicle Quality Complaints Handling professional.
The Complaints Handler is responsible for the investigation and resolution of vehicle quality complaints, from initial investigation through to final response. This will include
*Management of all escalated vehicle quality complaints in line with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements
*Liaison with appropriate dealers, lenders and engineers, to gather diagnostic and repair evidence
*Application of satisfactory quality assessment, to determine fair customer outcomes
*Maintenance of accurate complaint records
*Undertaking root-cause analysis to improvement overall customer service standards
The successful applicant will demonstrate
*Previous experience in complaints handling within an FCA regulated environment
*Working knowledge of vehicle quality or automotive technical disputes
*Good knowledge of DISP and FCA regulatory requirements
