Full job descriptionAre you an experienced legal support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Legal Secretary to join a collaborative and professional team supporting senior legal professionals.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in helping lawyers deliver excellent client service by:
*Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings and schedules.
*Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal and business documents, presentations and spreadsheets.
*Monitoring inboxes and ensuring correspondence is handled efficiently.
*Supporting billing processes, client onboarding, conflict checks and engagement documentation.
*Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
*Maintaining client databases and electronic filing systems.
*Assisting with expenses, timesheets and general administrative tasks.
*Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external contacts while providing exceptional service.
About youWe’re interested in candidates who have:
*Fluent written and spoken English and French.
*At least five years’ experience supporting senior professionals, ideally within a legal, Private Equity or financial services environment.
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
*Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
*A positive, team-focused approach and a professional manner
