We’re seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our Manchester office in a unique role with no personal caseload. Instead, you’ll focus on mentoring, supervision and quality assurance, supporting a team of three lawyers to deliver consistently high standards of legal service in a positive, collaborative environment.
The RoleYour role is centred on people development, best practice and risk management. You will:
*Carry no personal caseload, allowing full focus on team support and quality.
*Mentor, coach and supervise a small team of lawyers, supporting technical development and decision-making.
*Review residential conveyancing work (freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered).
*Conduct detailed file reviews to ensure compliance, accuracy and risk mitigation.
*Provide clear, practical legal guidance to support learning and consistency.
*Support the Team Manager with leadership, operational oversight and process improvement.
*Promote strong communication, risk awareness and adherence to policies.

What We’re Looking ForYou’ll bring:
*A relevant legal qualification (Law Degree, LPC, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or FCILEX).
*Strong residential conveyancing experience and confidence handling complex matters.
*Excellent mentoring, communication and leadership skills.
*High attention to detail, accuracy and risk awareness.
*A collaborative mindset and passion for supporting others.
*Familiarity with CMS systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial but not essential.
