Full job descriptionLocation: Worcester
Duration: 4-month temporary contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Pay: £13.00 per hour
This company are looking for a proactive, organised and capable HR & Administration Assistant to join their team on a 4-month temporary contract.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who is agile in their approach, confident working independently, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing HR administrative support.
*Managing a busy inbox and responding to queries.
*Recording and monitoring sickness absence.
*Supporting administration, training bookings and compliance training.
*Creating engaging communications using Canva.
*Updating content on electronic communication screens.
*Managing and creating content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
About You:
*Strong administrative experience.
*Proactive, organised and able to work on your own initiative.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital systems.
*Tech-savvy, with experience using Canva and social media platforms.
*Able to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing demands.
