This is a commercially focused role where you’ll work closely with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight, influence strategic decision-making and support complex business initiatives. What you’ll do
*Deliver weekly forecasts and meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders, and partnering with operational teams to provide commercial finance support supporting fast-paced decision making.
*Build financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
*Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and data transparency through automation and continuous improvement.
*Support year-end reporting within demanding reporting deadlines.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial performance


What you’ll bring
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with approx. 2-3 years’ post-qualified experience.
*Previous experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
*Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling skills with a forward-looking commercial mindset.
*Confidence partnering senior stakeholders and translating financial information into meaningful commercial insight.
*A naturally curious and analytical approach with the ability to solve complex problems.
*Strong Excel skills, with exposure to ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
*Experience gained within a manufacturing or another product-led environment is desirable.
*Comfortable working within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where adaptability is essential.
*Excellent communication and influencing skills with the confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders.


Package
*Salary of £65,000 - £70,000 plus bonus & strong bens package


Working Environment:
*This is a 100% site-based role.
