The Company you will be working with;

The Role you will be doing;
As Accounting Manager, you will oversee all financial accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with both statutory requirements and internal group standards. You will play a key role in driving process improvement, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and supervise accounting operations across your area of responsibility
*Manage the monthly close process and ensure accurate, timely reporting
*Ensure compliance with statutory, fiscal, and group accounting standards
*Oversee tax compliance including declarations and regulatory requirements
*Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external advisors
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
*Partner with controlling teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
*Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required
*Lead, develop, and motivate a team, including performance management and training
About You;
*Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance management role
*Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and compliance
*Experience of managing month-end and year-end processes
*Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
*Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
*Comfortable working within a structured, process-driven environment
*Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
*Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred
