This is a brilliant opportunity to join a lovely, well-established company in Tunbridge Wells as a Trainee Estate Agent within Lettings. The role would suit someone confident, organised and personable who enjoys speaking with people and wants to build a proper long-term career in the property sector.
You do not need previous lettings or estate agency experience, as full training will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
The role will involve:
*Speaking with tenants, landlords and applicants
*Arranging and attending property viewings
*Supporting the lettings team with enquiries and bookings
*Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
*Helping with general administration linked to the lettings process
*Building strong relationships with clients and customers
*Learning the full lettings process from start to finish
The ideal candidate will have:
*A confident and friendly telephone manner
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Good attention to detail
*A professional and positive approach
*A genuine interest in property
*The ability to work well as part of a team
*A full UK driving licence would be beneficial
