Location: Milton Keynes (covering national)
Remuneration: £70,000neg + £5,000 discretionary bonus

The role of the Health & Safety Manager - Roofing & Facades will involve:
*Health & Safety Manager position working on various roofing and façade projects
*Work across the wider group of three businesses
*Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation while driving continuous improvement in systems, policies, and performance
*Conduct site audits, monitor KPIs, and lead investigations to ensure effective incident management and corrective actions
*Promote a positive Health & Safety culture through engagement, training, and collaboration with employees, clients, and subcontractors
*Working across projects that range in value between £10k to £1.5m
The ideal applicant will be a Health & Safety Manager - Roofing & Facades industry with:
*Must have experience as a Health & Safety Manager within construction
*Ideally have experience within roofing and/or cladding
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*IT literate (Microsoft Office)
*Full UK driving license
*Confident and articulate
*Ability to plan and organise deliverables
