We’re partnering with a leading social-first creative agency to find an exceptional Creative who’s passionate about producing content that people actually want to engage with.
What You’ll Be Doing*Developing original, social-first creative concepts from brief through to execution.
*Turning audience insights, trends and cultural moments into engaging campaign ideas.
*Collaborating with strategy, design, production and creator teams to deliver standout work.
*Creating platform-native ideas across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
*Supporting creative pitches and helping win exciting new business.
*Staying ahead of platform updates, creator trends and social behaviours.
*Helping shape content that delivers both cultural relevance and commercial impact.
*Presenting ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
About YouYou’ll ideally have:
*Experience working in a creative, social or integrated agency.
*A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and social-first campaign ideas.
*An instinct for internet culture, trends, memes and platform behaviours.
*Experience developing creative for brands across social media.
*Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
*The ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
*A collaborative mindset and a willingness to challenge creative thinking.
*A genuine passion for creating work that audiences choose to engage with.
