Birmingham City Centre, £43-45k, Full-Time, Permanent, Office-Based (Monday-Friday)
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our growing property client for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their newly established Birmingham City Centre head office.
This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to become a trusted partner to the leadership team during an exciting period of growth. Supporting one Director on a day-to-day basis, with additional support to two Managing Directors when required, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Complex diary, inbox and calendar management.
*Coordinating meetings, Board packs and executive communications.
*Managing UK and international travel arrangements.
*Preparing presentations, reports and briefing documents.
*Supporting business projects and tracking key actions.
*Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
*Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Experience:
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant with:
*3-5 years’ experience supporting Directors or senior leadership.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
*Experience within construction, property or professional services is advantageous but not essential.
