Senior Chef de Partie – Modern British Restaurant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded, food-led Modern British restaurant on the outskirts of Billericay.
The kitchen is led by an experienced Head Chef and produces food to a 2AA Rosette standard, using high-quality seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive brigade.
Please note: Due to the restaurant’s location, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as public transport is limited.
The Role
As Senior Chef de Partie, you will:
*Run your own section with confidence and consistency.
*Prepare and present dishes to a high 2AA Rosette standard.
*Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs during service.
*Support and mentor junior chefs.
*Help maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
*Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or an experienced Chef de Partie in a quality fresh-food restaurant.
*Has experience working with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
*Is organised and calm under pressure.
*Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food.
*Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Is passionate about Modern British cuisine and eager to continue developing their skills.
*Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
What’s on Offer
*£35,000–£37,000 basic salary.
