UK Staffing Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established payroll services company. This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, loves the social side of working in a close-knit team, and wants to build a long-term career in customer service.

The Role
*Handling high-volume inbound customer queries by phone and email
*Supporting payroll and contractor queries as part of a busy service team
*Building strong working relationships with colleagues and contractors alike
*Delivering a friendly, professional and efficient service, particularly during peak periods
What We’re Looking For
*Confident, friendly telephone manner
*Strong communication skills
*Hard-working with a genuine willingness to learn
*1-2 years’ work experience
*Previous phone-based experience
*Customer service experience, particularly high-volume phone work
