Key Responsibilities
*Processing purchase invoices, expenses and ensuring accurate ledger coding
*Managing supplier payments and ad-hoc transactions via online banking
*Raising and processing sales invoices
*Assisting with cash flow forecasting activities
*Preparing monthly accruals and prepayments journals
*Performing intercompany reconciliations
*Supporting month-end and year-end financial reconciliations
*Completing bank and company card reconciliations
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across the finance function
