Job Description:
Full job descriptionYellow Bricks is looking for an experienced Talent Partner to identify, engage and assess high-quality candidates across temporary and interim recruitment.
This is a delivery-focused role. You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, assessing suitability, managing the recruitment process and building long-term talent pipelines.
You’ll work closely with the Founder and play a key role in ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional people to our clients.
Key Responsibilities*Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
*Conduct detailed telephone, video and face-to-face interviews.
*Quickly assess whether a candidate is someone we can genuinely help and represent.
*Understand each candidate’s experience, motivations, strengths, availability and career aspirations.
*Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
*Produce high-quality candidate summaries and profiles.
*Manage candidate pipelines within our CRM.
*Maintain regular contact with active candidates and contractors.
*Ensure all compliance documentation is completed accurately.
*Work at pace without compromising quality.
*Build specialist talent pools aligned to Yellow Bricks’ core markets.
About You
You’ll already have recruitment or talent acquisition experience and be confident speaking with people at all levels, from graduates through to senior executives.
You’ll be:
*An exceptional communicator over the phone, online and face-to-face.
*Naturally curious and able to ask insightful questions.
*Commercially minded and able to quickly determine whether Yellow Bricks can genuinely add value for a candidate.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Confident building relationships and earning trust.
*Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
*Proactive, resilient and self-motivated.
*Professional, credible and able to represent the Yellow Bricks brand.
Experience Needed:
*Previous recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search experience.
*Experience interviewing and assessing candidates.
*Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Excellent administration and CRM discipline.
Desirable:
*Experience within technology, HR, marketing or business support recruitment.
*Experience recruiting temporary or interim professionals.
