What You’ll Be Doing*Investigating and resolving technical issues across enterprise software platforms.
*Supporting system analysis, diagnostics and performance improvements.
*Working with cloud-based applications and enterprise technologies.
*Assisting Software Engineers with system behaviour analysis and troubleshooting.
*Communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
*Contributing to continuous improvements across products and services.

We’re Looking For*A 2:1 or above in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
*A genuine passion for technology and software development.
*Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Desirable*Exposure to one or more programming languages.
*Basic understanding of SQL or databases.
*Personal software projects, GitHub portfolio or coding experience.
