What you’ll be doing
*Manage day-to-day legal administration on behalf of lenders while progressing cases efficiently using the case management system
*Handle incoming correspondence and client calls, delivering a professional, customer-focused service
*Proactively drive cases forward to meet deadlines, ensuring all service standards and lender SLAs are achieved
*Ensure all property charges are cleared and cases are completed accurately and smoothly
*Arrange title insurance where required and complete monthly remortgage transactions
*Contribute to team success by attending meetings, supporting colleagues, and participating in ongoing development
