Key Responsibilities
*Manage and assist with a caseload of catastrophic injury claims
*Investigate liability and quantum issues on complex, high-value cases
*Support senior lawyers on technically challenging and sensitive matters
*Liaise with clients, experts, counsel and other stakeholders
*Contribute to delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice
*Participate in client relationship management and business development activities
Candidate Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or CILEX qualified with at least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience
*Experience defending catastrophic injury litigation
*Strong negotiation and case management skills
*Experience of direct client contact and involvement in business development initiatives
*Excellent communication, analytical and organisational abilities
