SEN Teaching AssistantDo you have experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs? Are you looking for a rewarding role where every day makes a difference?
Tradewind Recruitment are working with secondary schools across Enfield seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their support teams.
Your Responsibilities*Support students with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD and speech and language difficulties.
*Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
*Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
*Promote independence and confidence.
*Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
*Monitor and record student progress.
Requirements*Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN.
*A caring, patient and flexible approach.
*Strong communication skills.
*Ability to build positive working relationships.
*Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
