Full job descriptionA leading UK law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Real Estate team in London, based near St Paul’s. This Paralegal role sits within a busy commercial property practice, with a strong focus on landlord and tenant work and wider real estate matters. The Paralegal will support solicitors across transactional property work, assisting with lease matters, documentation and ongoing client requirements.

The team works across a wide range of landlord and tenant matters and transactional real estate instructions, providing exposure to high quality property work within a collaborative environment.
The RoleAs the Paralegal you will support the Real Estate team across a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
The role will include:
* Assisting with commercial landlord and tenant matters
* Supporting lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
* Preparing statutory documentation and property-related paperwork
* Drafting and reviewing lease and property documents
* Assisting with notices, licences, deeds and lease correspondence
* Preparing completion packs and transaction documents
* Carrying out title checks, searches and Companies House searches
The Paralegal?You will have previous experience within commercial property or landlord and tenant work and a strong interest in developing your career in real estate law.
The Paralegal must have:
* Previous paralegal experience in commercial property, real estate or landlord and tenant work
* Exposure to lease renewals or 1954 Act matters (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
