We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our Property team. This role is ideal for a Solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing and the capability to manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership matters, and general residential conveyancing transactions.
*Manage cases involving registered and unregistered land.
*Progress new build transactions, including liaising with developers, managing tight exchange deadlines, and meeting lender requirements.
*Ensure all transactions are compliant with legal standards and client expectations.
*Provide exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in residential conveyancing.
*Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
*Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
*Exceptional client service skills.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
